The Property Manager coordinates all communication and information between Hogan & Vest, the on-site property staff, and our clients.

Upon transition of property, Hogan & Vest’s Risk Manager will conduct a thorough inspection to identify any deficiencies in code compliance. We work in tandem with city and state agencies to clear all violations by meeting or exceeding the requirements established by various local, state and federal agencies.
